Maureen Riebel
Maureen has a city girl’s spirit and a Texas girl’s heart. Her passion for event planning was sparked when she planned two of her sons’ weddings only 7 weeks apart. After discovering the love of event planning, Maureen went through training by Wedding Careers Institute as well as the Association of Bridal Consultants and founded Elegant Events in 2002 as a comprehensive event-planning firm. Maureen Riebel has over 20 years of industry experience as a wedding planner and event designer in the San Antonio and Hill Country area. A happy, stress free client is her goal for every single event.

Jenna Jaax
Having a gift for organizing events, Jenna found her niche in wedding planning and joined Elegant Events’ team 10 years ago. She has always loved weddings and now has the privilege of being involved with them every day. Jenna is passionate about ensuring each client enjoys the planning, as well as the design process, for one of the biggest days of their lives. Plus, the energy and moving parts of an event day is a thrill Jenna can’t get enough of. She loves peonies, tulips, Anthropologie, strawberries, traveling, her family, and Jesus.

KK has been a part of the Elegant Events’ team for 5+ years as our lead assistant for all our wedding days. She has incredible attention to detail and loves to make each wedding perfect while handling the logistics and moving parts of the day seamlessly. Her energy, focus, and work ethic make her an asset to each event she is a part of. When not working a client’s dream day, KK enjoys her grandkids, staying active, organizing anything and everything plus shopping for beautiful things.
